This book is the story of how I went from back-to-back 1–10 seasons to back-to-back winning seasons and the school’s first playoff win. It’s not a book full of theory or perfect answers; it’s what actually happened as I tried to build a program from the ground up. I walk you through each season, the mistakes I made, the culture shifts that worked, and the balance I’m still trying to find between football and culture.
