1 - What is CoachLync?

CoachLync is a digital marketplace where coaches can buy and sell resources like playbooks, practice plans, training templates, scouting tools, and more — all made by coaches, for coaches.

2 - How do I find what I'm looking for?

Use the search bar or browse by category, sport, or resource type. Filter results by price, sport, or competition level.

3 - How do I purchase a product?

Simply create a free account, add items to your cart, and check out using our secure payment system. Your digital files will be available for instant download after payment.

4 - Can I ask sellers questions before buying?

Yes! Each product page includes a “Contact Seller” button. Ask about the resource, format, or how it’s used before purchasing.

5 - What file types can I expect?

Sellers typically upload PDFs, Word docs, Excel sheets, PowerPoints, video files, or Google Drive links. File formats are listed on each product page.

6 - Who can sell on CoachLync?

Any coach with original content to share — from youth to pro level — can apply to become a seller. All you need is a free CoachLync account to get started.

7 - How do I list a product as a Paid Download?

Once your seller account is approved, go to your dashboard and click "Post a new listing." Select the "Paid Download" listing type. Then, fill out the title, description, price, and upload your files and screenshots.

8 - How do I list a product as a Free Download?

  • Click "Post a new listing."

  • Select the "Free Download" listing type.

  • Then, fill out the title, description, and screenshots.

If you want the download to be accessible immediately, add a download link to the product description. Be sure this link comes from a publicly shared folder on your computer (i.e. Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.).

Buyers can also "Send an inquiry" asking for your free download file.

9 - How do I get paid?

CoachLync pays sellers through Stripe. You’ll need to connect a Stripe account to receive payouts, which are processed automatically after each sale.

10 - What percentage does CoachLync take?

For non-Founding Sellers, CoachLync retains a small service fee per transaction to cover sales tax and Stripe payment processing. A commission of 30% is collected per transaction to support the platform and provide ongoing features.

11 - Can I update or remove a listing?

Absolutely. You can edit your listing anytime from your seller dashboard or deactivate it if it’s no longer for sale.

12 - I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page and follow the email instructions to reset it.

13 - How do I update my email address or payment method?

Log into your account, go to Settings, and update your personal or payment information as needed.

14 - What if I'm having trouble downloading a file?

Ensure you're logged in and that your payment was successful. If the issue persists, contact us, and we'll provide the necessary file(s).

15 - Are my payments secure?

Yes — all transactions are encrypted and securely processed via Stripe.

16 - What's the refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you believe there’s an issue with your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to help.

17 - Can I resell or share what I buy?

No. All resources on CoachLync are protected under copyright and for personal or team use only. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
