CoachLync Terms of Service

Welcome to CoachLync. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoachLync website and services (the "Platform"). By accessing or using CoachLync, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. CoachLync is an online marketplace where coaches can buy, sell, and share digital products such as playbooks, practice plans, templates, and other educational resources ("Content").

2. To use CoachLync, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Sellers retain ownership of the content uploaded but grant CoachLync a license to host and distribute it. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any intellectual property rights, and you agree that your products comply with our content standards (e.g., no hate speech, plagiarism, or illegal material). Buyers purchasing content are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use it for personal or professional coaching purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Content without explicit permission from the creator.

5. CoachLync processes payments through third-party providers. Sellers receive payouts minus applicable service fees. All fees and charges are disclosed in advance and are subject to change with notice.

6. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. However, if you encounter a defective product or a clear case of misrepresentation, please contact support@coachlync.com for review.

7. All trademarks, logos, and content provided by CoachLync are owned by CoachLync or its licensors. Users may not use any branding or content without permission.

8. You agree not to: Violate any laws or third-party rights. Upload harmful or malicious code. Post false, misleading, or infringing content. Interfere with the operation or integrity of the platform.

9. CoachLync may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the community.

10. CoachLync provides the Platform "as is" and disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. CoachLync reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio (USA), without regard to conflict of law principles.
