WELCOME TO OC SCHOOL WITH COACH BOBBY ACOSTA! Being an Offensive Coordinator is more than calling plays. It's about understanding defensive structures, creating mismatches, developing quarterbacks, building game plans, and putting your players in position to succeed. Through OC SCHOOL, I'll share offensive concepts, Spread RPO systems, the KILL System, defensive recognition, play sequencing, analytics, and game-day adjustments. The goal is simple: Help coaches become better offensive minds and future leaders of their programs. 📚 STUDY THE GAME. MASTER YOUR SYSTEM. DEVELOP YOUR PLAYERS.
