Speed Ladder Drills

These drills improve foot speed, coordination, and agility. Athletes move rapidly through each rung of the ladder using specific foot patterns (e.g., one foot per square, two feet per square, lateral shuffles). Focus is on light, quick steps and body control. Perform each pattern 2–3 times with short rest between. Ideal for warm-ups or speed training sessions.
